为了更好地提高学员的管理水平和业务能力，更好地为教育教学服务，陈民仙名特校长工作室2022学年第二学期第一次研修活动在杭州上海世外学校接待室举行。

In order to better improve the management level and business ability of members and better serve education and teaching, the first training event of the second semester of the 2022 academic year of Principal Chen Minxian's studio was held in the reception room of Hangzhou Shanghai World Foreign School.

首先，陈校长向每一位学员详细解读了《2023年陈民仙名特校长工作室研修计划》，2023年，陈校长将带领工作室成员走出杭城，走进全国名校，去学习取经，成员们纷纷表示期待。

First of all, Principal Chen explained to each member in detail of this year's studio training plan.In 2023, President Chen will lead the studio members out of Hangzhou and into prestigious schools across the country to learn from experience.The members all expressed their expectations.

接着，学员们相互分享了2023年个人目标及落实目标的相关举措，无论是专业提升还是管理能力，学员们都对自己高标准高要求，希望借助名特校长工作室这一平台提升自己。最后导师陈校长还针对每位学员的不同目标进行了不同角度的指导。

Then, the members shared with each other their personal goals for 2023 and the relevant measures they intend to take to implement the goals. Whether it is professional improvement or management ability, the students have high standards and high requirements for themselves, hoping to use the platform of the Studio to improve themselves. Finally,  Principal Chen also gave guidance from different angles for the different goals of each member.

本次活动，通过导师引领，同伴互助，提升了工作室成员教育理念，感悟了教育真谛，以规划促研修，以研修促成长，2023，陈民仙名特校长工作室将不忘初心，笃行不怠。

This event, through the guidance of mentors and mutual assistance of peers, enhanced the educational philosophy of studio members, realized the true meaning of education, promoted training with planning, and promoted growth with training. In 2023, Principal Chen Minxian's studio will not forget its original intention and will not slacken its diligence.
