Shanghai Shiwai Jiaoyu Fushu Xuhelu Youeryuan is a public kindergarten under the Qingpu District Education Bureau, fully managed by Shanghai World Foreign Language Early Childhood Education, a subsidiary of Shanghai World Foreign Language Education Group. The kindergarten offers three grade levels: preschool, pre-kindergarten, and kindergarten, with five classes in each grade level, totaling fifteen classes. Class sizes are approximately 25 children per Preschool class, 30 per Pre-Kindergarten class, and 35 per kindergarten class.
The kindergarten officially opened in September 2019.

Shanghai Shiwai Jiaoyu Fushu Xuhelu Youeryuan consistently implements the Well-being Curriculum of Shanghai World Foreign Language Early Childhood Education through diverse activities in four key domains: exercise, inquiry, play, and life skills. The kindergarten occupies a total building area of 6,593 square meters, with 2,390 square meters of green space and 1,800 square meters of outdoor activity areas. In addition to 15 standard classrooms, it features various specialized activity rooms designed according to curriculum needs. The environment is beautifully planned with scientifically designed architecture and comprehensive facilities. The learning and living space is meticulously crafted from children's perspectives to meet their developmental needs for free expression and cognitive awakening, supporting children's holistic and joyful growth into well-rounded individuals.
The kindergarten recruits outstanding teachers nationwide and attracts experienced educators from prestigious kindergartens. All government-commissioned teachers hold bachelor's degrees or higher with relevant professional qualifications, forming a high-quality teaching team. Each class is staffed with two homeroom teachers and one life teacher.
