Mr. Xu led WFL Education to organize more than 10 private international primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Hefei and other places. Wang Xiaoping, senior middle school teacher, currently serving as the Vice President of Shanghai World Foreign Language Education Group and Shanghai World Foreign Language Primary School, as well as the Principal at the Integrated Curriculum Division of Shanghai World Foreign Language Primary School.

Ms. Wang has devoted all her life for the cause of education, and has been awarded with numerous honorary titles to recognize such devotion, including National Outsatnding Worker in Childhood Education, Outstanding Principal in 1000 National Primary and Middle School Principals, National 'March 8th Red Banner' Oustanding Female, National Outstanding Principal in Private Schools, World's Top 10 Outstanding Chinese, Model Worker of Shanghai, Exceptional Contribution in the Private Education in Shanghai, to name just a few, and was awarded with Education Achievement Award by the International Organization of Standardization.

With her insurmountable 65-year devoted in the primary school education, of which over 50 years of working as a Principal, Mrs. Wang is known for her unrelenting practical and unstoppable innovative spirit. Her agendas are always about school and work, and is with such enterprising spirit, she almost single-handedly established the quality that characterizes the World Foreign Language brand. Her charismatic personality influences everyone around her: amongst the children, she is always an approachable and respectful elderly woman; for teachers, she is always a senior figure and a friend at the same time. One of her famous quotes is: with dreams, there comes hope.

Madame Luo Peiming, special-grade senior middle school German teacher, is amongst the first cohort of Master Principal in Shanghai, also the founder of Shanghai World Foreign Language Academy (previously Shanghai World Foreign Language Middle School). With a BA in German Language and Literature from the Peking University in 1964, she has vast experiences teaching abroad, and has carried out numerous cultural exchange programs. She is now the Lifetime Honorary Principal of the school, as well as a member of the Board of Directors. She was the principal of Shanghai Foreign Language Academy. She has been awarded with numerous honorary titles for her exceptional contribution in her teaching career, such as 1st award for Teaching Foreign Language in primary and middle school, and Model Worker of Shanghai, to name just a few. She is also the founder of Madame Luo Scholarship for Learning and Teaching Excellence, the top award that encourages and rewards students from Shanghai World Foreign Academy to thrive academically.

Madame Luo is a visionary who is kindhearted and amiable, well cultured and determined. In particular, she possesses the sense of a missionary that uniquely characterizes what is known as the "Chinese Intellectuals", who are known for their determination to "serve our motherland". Ms. Zhang Yueying, Vice President of World Foreign Language Education Group, Principal and Party Branch Secretary of both Shanghai World Foreign Language Primary School and Shanghai Kangjian World Foreign Language Experimental Primary School, is a Master Principal of Shanghai, and a member of National Renowned Principal Piloting Class by the Ministry of Education. She was awarded with various distinctive awards for those with exceptional contributions in teaching career, such as the Advanced Worker in Ethics and Moral Education in Shanghai, and Outstanding Female Individual in Shanghai. She was the chief translator of Design, Produce, Gaming -- Cultivating for next generation of STEM Innovators, and the chief editor of Practical Pathways and Solutions of Primary School STEM Program, and Project-Based Learning for Interdisciplinary Subjects. Ms. Li Xiaoying, Vice President of World Foreign Language Education Group, Principal and Vice Party Branch Secretary of Shanghai World Foreign Language Academy, and Principal of both Shanghai Kangjian Foreign Language Experimental School and Shanghia Xuhui Longyuan High School, has several honorable titles under her belt, including: Master Principal awarded by The Shanghai Municipal Education Commission (SMEC), senior middle school Mathematics Teacher, and members of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in Xuhui District, Shanghai, to name just a few. Ms. Wang Qian, Headmaster and Party Secretary at the Qingpu World Foreign Language Kindergarten, is also the assistant to the President and Head of Early Childhood Education of Shanghai World Foreign Language Education Group. She is a senior middle school teacher, a Special-Grade senior teacher in Henan Province, a leader of academic techniques, and a renowned kindergarten teacher. Ms. Lu Suying, owns Bachelor of Chinese Language and Literature and Master of Educational Management in East China Normal University. She is the member of the second phase of "Shanghai Famous Teacher and Principal Project", Shanghai Yuyi Chinese Moral Education Training Base, and the district's advanced research class, as well as the host of the research team of the 5th phase of "Shanghai Famous Teacher and Principal Project". She has won Shanghai Gardener Award, Shanghai Golden Love Teacher, Shanghai Excellent Conselor, and the District's Pace-setter in New Long March. She carries the educational philosophy of "cultivating virtuue and nurturing people" and insists "respecting, understanding and caring every student". Ms. Wu Peiyun, M.Ed in educational administration from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, has been working in the education industry for 26 years. She is a Master Principal of Shanghai, and a leading talent of Hongkou District, Shanghai. She was awarded the Person of the Year in Education in 2017. She is now the Principal of Baoshan World Foreign Language School. She has been awarded with various honorable titles including "March 8th Red Banner" Outstanding Woman Pacemaker in Shanghai, and "May 1st Outstanding Woman in Shanghai", and under her guidance, her former schools were appointed the experimental school amongst the 1st group of schools utilizing information technology by the Ministry of Education, model school of excellent practices in Shanghai, and the 2nd round of schools for the project of leadershop in course delivery, respectively.

Mr. Cao Ziyu, currently serving as the President of Shanghai WFL Ningbo Education Group and Principal of NBWFLS. Mr. Cao formerly served as the principal of No.1 Affiliated Primary School of Shanghai Normal University. He has won multipal honorary titles such as Excellent Bilingual Teacher, The Horse Award, Gardener Award, Shanghai Star and Torch Award, first batch of Mainstay Principals in kindergarten, primary and secondary schools in Ningbo, Ningbo Excellent Educator, and Ningbo Famous Principals.

Mr. Zhao Yi joined WFL Education in February 2020 and served as Vice Principal of JSWFLS, currently serving as Principal of JSWFLS.

Mr. Zhao was awarded the title of Outstanding Manager by WFL Education in 2022, and has received Shanghai Gardener Award.

Ms. Du Shuxian, currently serving as the Director of Teacher's Professional Development Center at Shanghai World Foreign Language Education Group, is also one of the first cohort of senior teacher in Shanghai. She is also a Special-Grade senior teacher of middle school chemistry, a Master Principal, a specially appointed Professor and graduate advisor at East China Normal University, and the host for the ethic and moral education of Shanghai's Chemistry key teachers base. She was awarded with various distinctive awards for his exceptional contribution in teaching career, including the 1st prize of Zeng Xianzi Education Fund's Golden Award for Teachers, National Excellent Teacher, Model Teacher in Shanghai, and Outstanding Individual in Scientific Research in Shanghai, to name just a few. Mr. Yu Anmin joined WFL Education in 2021 and currently serving as the Director of Curriculum Resource Center. Mr. Yu has been awarded the titles of National Excellent Teacher and Model Teacher, as well as honorary titles such as Outstanding Host and Mentor of Shanghai Famous Principal and Teacher 'Double Famous Project'.

Ms. Zhang Hong, Principal of the primary school at Hefei World Foreign Language School, is a senior teacher and Special-Grade senior teacher in Anhui Province, and a deputy of the 12th and the 13th National People's Congress in Anhui Province. She is a member of the Chinese Education Society and the Chinese Education Society's primary education committee, and the president of the Anhui Education Society's promary education branch. She has been awarded with various hononary titles recognizing her exceptional contribution to education, including the Most Influenced Principal in Yangtze River Delta, Top 10 People in the News in Hefei, and Top 10 Females in Hefei, to name just a few.

Mr. Liu Jianyong, Principal of Wenzhou World Foreign Language School, was amongst the 7th cohort of Special-grade senior Mathematics teacher of the Zhejiang Province, andamongst the first cohort of Professor-grade senior teacher in the city of Wenzhou.His professional career highlights include: appointed as academic supervisor for Master of Education in Mathematics by Zhejiang Normal University, Excellent Teacher awarded by the Zhejiang Provincial Government, Excellent Homeroom Teacher and Advanced Teaching Professional awarded by the Wenzhou Municipal Government, member of the 511 Talent Reserve, and Excellent Party Member of Wenzhou. Ms. Zhu Ping, a Special-grade Senior English Teacher and a senior teacher in Shanghai World Foreign Language Academy, is one of the renowned teachers amongst the 10000 Talent Program proposed by the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. She heads the Peak Program of Shanghai's Renowned Principal, Renowned Teacher Base, as well as several senior titles, such as the Executive Director of Shanghai Municipal's Primary an Middle School Foreign Language Education Committee, and advisory specialist of Shanghai Municipal's Renowned Teacher Base for middle school English, and specialist of the evaluation phase for the revision of Oxford English (Shanghai Edition), and an advisor for Master of Education graduate students at the East China Normal University. Ms. Kong Qi, Special-grade senior teacher, currently serves as English Subject Leader of Shanghai World Foreign Language Primary School, is also the Director of the Training Department for all World Foreign Language Education affiliate schools. Host for the Special Features of English Subject Base and distinguished Subject Leader in Xuhui District, she has been awarded with various distinctive awards and honorary titles recognizing her exceptional contribution in her teaching careers, including two 1st prizes of English teaching competition at the Shanghai Municipal level. Mr. Yu Hongyi, former principal at Central Chaochun Primary School in Putuo District, Shanghai, is a Master Principal of Shanghai, who also holds the title of senior middle school teacher. He is an instructor at the Principal Cultivation Base in Putuo District, Shanghai. Under his guidance, his former school was awarded the experimental school for both Art Education, and one of the 1st group of schools of Ethic and Moral Education.。

Ms. Chen Jin joined WFL Education in February 2021, and served as the General Principal of primary schools in Lishui Area. Ms. Chen concurrently served as the General Principal of Xiangcheng Gaoxin District Experimental Primary School Affiliated to WFL Education and Yunxiang Primary School Affiliated to JDWFLS in Aprial 2022, and concurrently served as th Principal of Xiangcheng Gaoxin District Experimental Primary School in August 2023.

Ms. Chen has been awarded the titles of Distinguished Professor at East China Normal University, Expert of Senior Professional Title Evaluation in Shanghai, Shanghai Inspector, Shanghai Excellent Gardener, Scientific and Research Model in the Yangtze River Delta Region, and Excellent Guidance Principal of the Principal Training Project by Ministry of Education.

Mr. Yang Long joined WFL Education in August 2024, and currently serving as the Principal of Suzhou Gaoxin Wenxian Experimental Middle School Affiliated to WFL Education. Mr. Yang used to be a Distinguished Member of the Fifth Culture, Health and Sports Committee of CPPCC, and was awarded Shanghai Gardener Award, Advanced Individual in Shanghai Sports and Education Combination Work, and Advanced Worker of Patriotic Health in Building a Healthy City in Shanghai. Mr. Yang has been awarded titles of Shanghai Special-grade Principal and part-time professor of Teacher Education at East China Normal University. Mr. Yang has published 2 monographs personally and edited 9 papers of education and teaching.

Ms. Zhang Ling, Party Secretary and Vice Principal of Central Qiushan School Affiliated to Shanghai World Foreign Language Education Group, is also a leader of the Renowned Teachers Workshop for Zhejiang Province, who specializes in teaching Chinese at lower-grades and an area of research on the Children's transition from kindergarten to primary school. She is also the author of the renowned Lesson Presentations by renowned teachers for Primary School Chinese, as well as the chief editor of quality provincial book titles such as Good Habits During the Transitition from Kindergarten to Primary School, Learn Pinyin with Textbook, Read with Adults, and Let's Enjoy Reading. Ms. Chen Xianghong is a Senior Professional, Zhejiang Special-grade Teacher, Hangzhou municipal People's Congress Representative, and currently serving as the Principal of Xiaoshan Jiangnan Secondary School. Ms. Chen is an expert in the Yangtze River Delta Region Elementary Education and Research Expert Base, a distinguished expert at the National Academy of Education Adminstration in Xiaoshan Zhejiang, a host of Zhejiang Chen Xianghong Leading Teacher Network Workshop , a mentor of Special-grade Teacher Workstation in Xiaoshan. Mr. Zhu Yuexiang has been awarded the titles of Jiangsu Special-grade Teacher, Senior Professional, and an Advanced Individual of National Education and Research. Mr. Zhu believes in the teaching philosophy of student-oriented and strictly implement it.

Mr. Zhang Mingzuo has published 22 papers in national core journals, has led a national and provincial-level research project, and has won the second prize of major achievements in provincial basic education. Mr. Zhang has been awarded the titles of Outstanding Educator in Jiangsu Province and Advanced Individual in Teaching and Scientific Research.

Ms. Wang Yingzi has been awarded the titles of Hubei Special-grade Teacher, Hubei Famous Teacher, and is the Vice Chairman of Basic Education History Teaching Guidance Committee of the Ministry of Education. Ms. Wang has been engaged in school management for nearly 20 years, adhering to the philosophy of "All activities are education", and insisting on running a school with quality and taste.

Ms. Lv Cailing joined WFL Education in September 204, and served as the Principal of Hongkou Ouyang School Affiliated to WFL Education. Ms. Lv has won special prizes in National Chemistry Teaching Competition for several times, National Excellent Teacher, Shanghai Charming Teacher, and Gardener Award of Pudong District, and Female Model Worker in the education system.

Ms. Cheng Minfang serves as the Principal of Wuxi Xin'an Experimental Primary School Affiliated to WFL Education.Ms. Cheng has been awarded the prizes of Shanghai Gardener Award and Shanghai Education Star.

Mr. Shen Bin joined WFL in 2022. Mr. Shen was formerly appointed as an instructional coach in 2002, became the Vice Principal in 2008, and served as a Principal in 2011.

In 2012, Mr. Shen became the training objective of Jiangsu 333 Project, and the training objective of Jiangsu People's Educator Training Project in 2015.

Mr. Sun Qibin started working for Teacher Development Center in WFL Education in February 2024. Mr. Sun has 22 years of experience in frontline teaching and education, and school management, as well as 18 years of experience in teaching and research.

Mr. Cheng Yuji joined JSWFLS in 2023 and served as a Vice Principal of JSWFLS. Mr. Cheng is a national Special Education Supervisor and a National Outstanding Educator. He has been awarded the second prize of national teaching achievements, and the host of the first batch of the Ministry of Education's Famous Principal Navigation Project's Famous Principal Studio.

Ms. Hu Xin, Vice Principal of Hefei World Foreign Language Primary School, Master of Education in principle of pedagogy, is a senior teacher, and Special-grade senior teacher in Anhui Province. She is dubbled "a rising teaching talent" in Anhui Province for her exceptional contribution in her teaching career at such a young age, a national-level Mandarin Chinese Proficiency examiner, and a part-time research at the College of Educator in the Beijing Normal University. She was awarded 1st prizes in both Situational Teaching and Objective-based Teaching competitions.

Ms. Zhao Xiaoyan has been awarded the titles of Senior Professional of Mathematics, provincial and municipal Excellent Teacher, provincial and municipal Subject Leading Teacher, Municipal Moral Education Leading Head Teacher, Chinese Mathematical Olympic First-Class Coach, Mathematics Outstanding Gardener Award, Top 100 Teacher Ethics Award, a member of the Academic Committee for Head Teacher Work of the Chinese Education Society, proposer for High School Entrance Examination of Mathematics. Ms. Zhao has  won the first and second prizes of national key projects in national planning projects for several times. During Ms. Zhao's 24 years of serving as a principal, she has continuously learnt and advocated for the Wellbeing Education of "discovering beauty, appreciating beauty, and making self more beautiful", improving empathy ability and achieving remarkable teaching results.

Ms. Ge Xianghong has been awarded Jiangsu Special-grade Teacher and joined SK hynix Wuxi Foreign Language Primary School in July 2022, served as a Vice Principal and was responsibile for curriculum, teaching and liabrary. Ms. Ge is a Graduate Tutor of Suzhou University, has won the first prize of the Provincial Primary and Secondary School High Quality Course Evaluation, as well as the leader of Suzhou English Discipline, advanced individual of Suzhou Education Scientific and Research, the Discipline Star of Double Excellence, and the winner of Zhou's Moral Education Award of Suzhou Overseas Friendship Association.

Mr. Tang Guangquan joined WFL Education in August 2021, currently serving as the Vice Principal of Wujiang Yunlong Experimental School Affiliated to Shanghai WFL Education. Mr. Tang has been awarded the titles of Jiangsu Teacher Ethics Model, the training objective of Jiangsu 333 Project, Jiangsu Speical-Grand Teacher, Senior Professional, and the first prize of Jiangsu Elementary Education Teaching Achievement.

Ms. Xue Zhonghui joined WFL Education in 2022 and currently serving as the Vice Principal of Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City Foreign Language School Affiliated to WFL Education.

Mr. Zhao Yongpan has won awards of Zhejiang Spring Silkworm Award, Zhejiang Advanced Individual in Education and Research, Taizhou Famous Teacher, the first prize of Taizhou Educator, Taizhou Top Ten Influential Figures of Classics, and others. Mr. Zhao has published 2 monographs on Chinese education, and his research results of "Asking and Learning in the Class" won the first prize of Zhejiang Teaching and Research Achievement Award.

Mr. Zhang Yuefei started working at WFLS for 8 years from August 2000, and served as the Vice Principal in WFL founding school since July 2023. Mr. Zhang has been awarded titles of Zhejiang Spring Silkworm and Jiaxing Famous Teacher.

Mr. Wang Guojiang is a specially appointed professor and graduate supervisor in Shanghai Normal University, as well as Vice Chairman and Executive Director of the Education Mathematics Professional Committee of Chinese Society of Higher Education. Mr. Wang has presided over municipal level projects and won awards, has published 60 books and 40 papers. He has been interviewed by Xinhua News Agency, and his interviews has been published on the homepage of the first issue of  “Mathematics Teaching” in 2022.

Ms. Lang Yufei is currently serving as the director of Teaching Center of Domestic High School Division of BSWFLS. Ms. Lang has won "Shanghai Gardener Award", served as the host of Shanghai "Double Famous Project" High School History "Research and Development Plan", worked as a part-time supervisor for master's students in history education at East China Normal University.

Ms. Lang has won 7 first prizes in national and Shanghai level including Classroom Teaching Competition, Teaching and Research Paper Evaluation, and Teaching and Research Achievement Evaluation.

Ms. Lin Meifeng joined BSWFLS in August 2023 and served as a Chemistry teacher in Domestic High School Division.

Ms. Lin was awarded the title of China Middle School Leading Teacher in 1996, Zhejiang Education New Star in 1997, Zhejiang Special-grade in 2002, Shanghai Special-grade Teacher in 2009, Shanghai Senior Professional in 2019. Ms. Lin was awarded the title of Outstanding Instructor and "Gold Medal Coach" in Chemistry Olympic Competition, and won the first prize of National Chemistry Quality Course Instructor Award twice in 2014 and 2018.

Mr. Ruan Xiaoming started working in BSWFLS from August 2022 and served as the head of Mathematics Teaching Group in Domestic High School Division.Mr. Ruan was awarded Special-grade Teacher of Zhejiang Province in 2002, Special-grade Teacher of Shanghai in 2009, Senior Professional in 2017, won the first prize of 2017 Shanghai Basic Education Achievement, and served as Shanghai Educational Inspector in 2018.

Mr. Zhang Qingmian joined WZWFLS in February 2022 and served as the Director of Course Center in WZWFLS since then.

Mr. Xu Jianchun started working in BSWFLS from August 2022 and was responsible for teaching Chemistry for Grade 10 from September 2022. Mr. Xu currently teaching 2 classes of the second level exam.

Mr. Xu was awarded the title of Shanghai Special-grade Teacher in 2009, and in 2019, he was promoted to Senior Professional.

Mr. Huang Ping joined BSWFLS in August 2023, served as the Head of Teaching Preparation Group for Grade 10 and started teaching Grade 12 from February 2024. Mr. Huang has been teaching for 40 years and has been teaching in Shanghai for 20 years, including 17 years teaching experiences for Grade 12 students.

Mr. Huang is a member of Shanghai High School Mathematics New Textbook Compilation Team and the chief editor of Volumes 1-6 of the "Complete Analysis of 252 Lesson Hours in High School Mathematics New Curriculum Standards". The series of monographs are published by East China Normal University Press.

Ms. Yang Liyuan joined BSWFLS in August 2021 and served as an English teacher in Domestic High School Division. Mrs. Yang has been awarded National Model Teacher, Model Worker of Heliongjiang Province, Special-grade Teacher in Heilongjiang Province, Senior Professional Teacher, and Head Teacher of the top class of the humanities. Mrs. Yang won the first prize in the National Education Commission's "Nine Five Year Plan" Key Project Foreign Language Teaching Competition, guided students to win the first prize in the National High School Ability Competition, and won awards in Shanghai High School English Competition.

Ms. Wang Xiangzhi joined NBWFLS in 2023 and currently serving as a Chinese Teacher in junior high school. The class she taught ranks first in the district in terms of academic performance.

Mr. Zhu Chunlei joined Wuxi Xinan Experimental Primary School Affiliated to WFL Education in 2022, and served as a curriculum developer for primary school mathematics.

Mr. Zhu formerly served as a curriculum developer for primary school mathematics in Jiangsu Wuxi Xinwu District Teacher Development Centeral Primary School. He has been awarded the title of Jiangsu Special-grade Teacher, owns qualification as a high school Chinese teacher, Senior Teacher of Middle School Mathematics, Advanced Individual of Jiangsu Elementary Education Curriculum Reform, and Advanced Individual of National Education and Scientific Research.

Ms. Wu Chunmei owns Master of Eucation, the title of Senior Professional, Top Talent in the District Education System, an attendee of Shanghai Famous Teacher Base, Visiting Scholar at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, Academic Member of the National Chinese Learning Science Professional Committee. Mrs. Wu has won multipal times of the first prizes in national and municipal level teaching and paper competitions.

Mr. Wang Fangbo joined BSWFLS in July 2024, formerly served as the director of the teaching and research section of Nanyang Model Middle School since 2013. Mr. Wang has been given the awards of District Model Worker, Gardener, Talent Award and "Junyuan" Award for many times, as well as the District Academic Leader and a member of the Main Group of Chemistry.

Ms. Yang Guowei joined BSWFLS in July 2024, and currently serving as a history teacher in Domestic High School Division.

Ms. Yang formerly served as the director of Teaching and Research Office of the Humanities in an experimental and demonstrative high school in Shanghai, and won "Shanghai Gardener Award".

Ms. Yin Haixia joined WFL Education in 2020, and served as the head of division at SK hynix Wuxi Foreign Language Primary School in 2021. Ms. Yin has been awarded titles of Anhui Special-grade Teacher, Provincial Outstanding Volunteer, Municipal Discipline Leader, New Teaching Star, Leading Teacher, Teaching and Research Advanced Individual.

Mr. Zhang Yumin joined Chongming Huiming School Affiliated to WFL Education in August 2024, and was responsible for teaching and research. Mr. Zhang is a District Discipline Leader and part-time district curriculum developer. Mr. Zhang has won the first prize of Young and Middle Aged Teacher's Teaching Evaluation, recorded a District Administrative Merit, Advanced Individual of district people sports. Mr. Zhang formerly served as the Chief Editor for compulsory education textbook of "Physical Education and Health (East China Normal University Edition)" .

Ms. Dong Xuemei joined Shanghai Lingang Experimental School in 2016. Ms. Dong has won the titles of Top Ten Class Teachers, Outstanding Young Pioneer Counselor, moral education teacher reserve in the third phase of "Double Famous Project", and the Fifth and Sixth Session of Shanghai Class Teacher Leader. Ms. Dong is the host of Dong Xuemei Studio, the host of Pudong District Dong Xuemei Moral Education Teacher Training Base, the leader of Moral Education Discipline, District's Famous Moral Education Teacher, and the mentor of National Training Program. Ms. Dong has published a monograph titled "Promoting Education through Research, Educating People through Moral Education — From Class Management to Class Culture". She has also published more than 30 papers, 5 of them have been selected for CNKI. Ms. Dong has hosted 2 research projects on moral education practice, and is a member of the National Ministry of Education's major reearch project team.
