As the first directly affiliated school of Shanghai WFL Education Group, Ningbo Shanghai World Foreign Language School was established in Jiangbei District, Ningbo, in 2016. In just five years, with the hard work and care of all staff as well as leaders at all levels in Jiangbei District, the school has been running with great success. At the same time, the school has taken over the trusteeship of Ningbo Jiangbei Foreign Language and Art School, Ningbo Hangzhou Bay Binhai Primary School and Yaojiang Academy Affiliated to WFL Education, and established Shanghai WFL Ningbo Education Group.
