Hangzhou World Foreign Language School is the second IB full series WFL School established by WFL Education Group in China after Shanghai WFLA. The school consists of three major sections: Biligual Department in junior high school, Fusion Department in junior high school, and IBDP international high school. With the goal of cultivating modern Chinese going to the world, the school actively explores practical quality education, trains students with the quality of love, elegance and generous, takes Participation & Practice (P&P for short) as the core educational philosophy and gradually develops to learining cooperation in participation, learning innovation in practice (C&C for short). It always emphasizes on students to play the main role, tap their potential, cultivate their spirit of cooperation, and improve their innovation ability.

The IBDP program of High School in Hangzhou World Foreign Language School was established in 2019, and was officially authorized by IB Organization in 2021, which enables school the first IBDP school in Hangzhou to admit Chinese students.
